Welcome! This web site discusses what happens after you die and the Christian perspective on current issues. You'll find the topics we cover listed in the menu to the left.

We believe God created the universe and everything in it, and that God knows what is best for His creation.

For example: If a team of engineers designed a minivan to carry kids to school, for shopping, and ease of parking--should that minivan be entered in the Indianapolis 500? Of course not. That's not what it's designed to do.

It's the same with us. We've been designed with a purpose. Some things are good for us and some are not. How do we know which are which? All we need to do is read the user's manual -- the Bible.

What is our purpose?

To love God and our neighbors, such that God's glory is demonstrated to others and to the powers and principalities in heaven. And to ultimately join God in an eternal relationship in heaven.

Why is Jesus the only way to eternal life in heaven?

People say: Isn't it true that because God loves us, and forgives us, we'll all go to heaven? A loving God would never send people to hell, would he? After all, I haven't been such a bad person--I've never killed anyone.

This is what many American's believe. They base their eternal salvation on their own ability to be good. But the Bible tells us this doesn't work--because it is impossible to do.

The truth is that we can NEVER be good enough, because we all have sinned and we all fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Have you ever told a lie? Stolen something? Looked at a women or man (who was not your spouse) with lust in your heart? Yes, we all have. That means we ALL have disobeyed God and have sinned.

Just as there is a penalty when you break a civil law, there is a penalty to be paid for breaking God's law. What is that penalty? "The wages of sin is death." (Romans 6:23) That's right. The penalty is death.

But there is GOOD NEWS! Eternal life is a free gift God wants to give to every one of us. All we we need to do is accept His gift. He has paid the penalty you owe for all your sins. Instead of you paying the death penalty Jesus Christ has stepped in and died in your place. Jesus took onto himself the death penalty you owe.

"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." - Romans 5:8

Christ has done it all. He has paid the price for your sins. Now He is holding the gate open for you. He is inviting you in. You don't need to do anything. All you need to do is repent your sins and believe in Jesus Christ as your LORD and savior.

"Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus..." - Romans 8:1

There is no penance to do. You don't need to do good deeds. Jesus has paid the price for everything you've done wrong. The gate is open. You just need to walk in--put your trust in Jesus as your LORD and savior.

"For it is by grace [a free gift] you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is a gift of God--not by works, so that none can boast." - Ephesians 2:8,9
